Fully aware that your human, however at no stage was I made aware that the "test" was subject to limitations of accuracy, it was conveyed to me as fact and any transaction that might have occurred would have been based on what was portrayed as such. If I was in the same position I would be ensuring the the communication between customer and staff was more accurate, however u appear to be more concerned with responding with a touch of sarcasm as a priority. I was left waiting for a while, and once served was told that they had ‘ too many of that model iphone’ and to take it to Malaga. What a waste of time, especially considering I asked beforehand, in an attempt to avoid this exact issue. Not impressed and will not be returning."
