"Unable to call these people. Their automated telephone system is a joke. Got put through to business without selecting it. Then tried again, got put through to insurance. The 4th time it put me through to someone and I asked about converting AUD to EUR dollars, they stated "Sorry,, I don't know, I'll transfer your call back to the telephone service". Then it all starts again, locked in a loop being transferred here and there by an automated system, getting nowhere and unable to speak to a human. What a completely frustrating farse. This company rakes in BILLIONS!!!! and can't answer a phone."

"Went in to do some complicated banking. The Ladies working there were very helpful and friendly despite the complication of the transactions. I would probably put this great service down to customer attitude. While I was there a "lady" came in wanting to change old out if circulation bank notes. A huge wad of them. When told she would have to go to reserve bank as per Australian law, she threw a tantrum and abused the staff. Maybe she should write a review? Oh, sorry, probably can't write!!"

"I wouldnt even give them 1 star. WORST BANK ive ever delt with! Opened a new account transfer to it from my Up bank account then had a close friend pay id $450 to my NAB account for no reason at all they have held it with no explanations. Call them they tell me to go into the branch go into the branch and they say they cant tell me whata going on exept scams and security looking into it, was ment to be no longer then 6 weeks its now been nearly 4 months cant accses my internet banking, in the branch they say the same old thats all they can do. AVOID NAB AT ALL COSTS. holding single mums money to .ake there own money off. Absolute sgit show!!"

"Visited Clarkson Branch to open a joint account. Nobody in reception to greet, 1 behind counter and another at a desk. Got in line for counter and when we got to front and when we asked to open an account got the response ‘No’. What she actually meant to say was ‘yes absolutely, however we need to book you an appointment’. Eventually we managed to persuade her to make us an appointment for the next day for 1:30. We promptly arrived to find a hand written sign saying they were on lunch until 1:45. We managed to gain the attention of the lady we had an appointment with and she came to speak with us outside. She told us the bank had to be closed due to understaffing and she might be able to squeeze us in at 2. We couldn’t make this due to school pick up and decided to abandon the idea of an account after 2 attempts. I think our money will be safer elsewhere - dodged a bullet!!"

"Absoulutly appauled by the customer service at ocean keys NAB branch. Went in to try recieve help for being scammed from my bank account and was greeted with nothing but pure rudeness from the branch manager Sheryl and her 2 members of staff that were also on shift. The branch manager told me to leave or she will close my bank accounts without my consent!!!!! No word of a lie that is what she said to me. Cannot believe i have been banking with nab for 3years just to be treated like im not even a human being! Going back to bankwest absoulutly disgusting the customer service i got!"
