"The tattoo shop and artists are great however the Booking process can be greatly improved. I booked a appointment with a 2 week wait. No problem but when it came closer to for the appointment was notified 24hrs before hand of cancellation and reschedule. really disappointing but I gave them a full week window to rebook me in but was then told had to rebook in another 2 weeks. My suspicion is that they either overbooked or squeezed someone else into my spot. They did apologise but didn't make an effort to rebook with someone else or work outside of hours. Got my deposit back but left a bad taste, so won't ever be coming back."
