"I have two beautiful ferret males and the Osborne park clinic make me feel so welcome and take the best care of my babies, they’re very thorough and explain everything with full detail so you’ll always be kept in the loop. Highly recommendable for people with exotic animals"
"My visit here over the WA day long weekend was very good. The vet spent around 45 minutes with us talking to us and explaining every including costs that may arise in the future with the issue. My beautiful parrot loved the vet, she doesn't like other people but everytime he left the room, she was waiting at the closest bench for him when he came back in. I live in Joondalup and Osborne park is the closest avian vet, as Balcatta doesn't have a resident avian vet anymore. It's definitely worth the travel for the expertise and care I received."
"I had Dr Sam Loughridge to treat my rabbit. He is natural animal person as my rabbit went up to him straight away. He did a great job explaining the issue and was very gentle and understanding with my pet. I find some vets to be a bit rough / cold but Sam is exceptional with animals. I fully recommend Sam to anyone with rabbits and probably all other small animals. On the downside the appointment was 20m late and I felt the fees were a little on the higher side ( as an example the 24hr pet vet was cheaper for a consult at 2am in the morning ) but I guess you also get what you pay for, the 24hr vet didn't solve the issue or have the ability to flush tear ducts. So overall if you want an exceptional vet for unusual animals to solve complex medical issues this is the best place I have found in Perth."
"This place was incredible! Unfortunately I had to take my pet rat to cross the rainbow bridge today and the staff was the most compassionate people you could have hoped for. I opted for a at home burial. The shroud they wrapped her in was simply beautiful. They even made some little ink paw prints of her. This is my first time having to personally deal with a vet appointment to help a animal pass the rainbow bridge. The comfort the staff provided will stay with me forever. Thankyou."
