"Great experience!! Was help but a lovely lady (Scottish, I believe) gave me great information about fish and how to set up and get a tank going. She was explaining she was doing a water change and this was to be done often when you have a fish tank I did however see some other members of staff standing around talking and not interacting with any of the customers that were around."
"Pet supply store with a good range, average pricing and a free DIY dog wash facility in store (just bring your own towels). Dogs are welcome in store (on lead). Last visit I asked about a product as I couldn’t find it on it’s usual shelf - they took my details & offered to look into it, then called just two days later saying it was ready for pickup - indicative of the helpful staff."
"This is my pet regular pet store. I breed finches and have a hand reared kakariki. I get my products from here and always love visiting the store with my daughter . The staff are always helpful and friendly and I like how Pet City members get a slightly cheaper price on products. You can also bath your dogs here. Thumbs up!"
