"Sam is extremely unprofessional. Wanted to get the ranger to restrain my dog with a pole and loop because she was worried about being bitten. Complained about the time of day even though I had a booking. More concerned about her knock off time than my dog. I felt pressured by her to make a decision about my dog in a hurry so she could go home. I decided to leave and go elsewhere to which she was delighted and said 'just go'. Interesting that ALL the bad reviews are about her. Other staff were friendly. Sam is all about the 'Money' not the animals."
