"My dog has been here for 14 years and my mum took her there last visit and they tried to overcharge her $220 for a needle that cost me $180 with medication the day before, when she asked why they were rude and gave no explanation. Mum was in clear distress as our dogs heart is failing and she is close to dying and the staff at reception had no sympathy and ended up telling her to take the dog elsewhere..
