"I wanted to take this opportunity to give Richard Boyd a review . - I first saw Richard 2.5 years ago . My marriage was in crisis and I felt overwhelmed by my feelings and confused at times. I'd had Psychotherapy before and I'd found it helpful so I was attracted to this approach . Through careful listening Richard helped me identify and validate my feelings. -I would often look up and see compassion in his eyes and gain strength from this. Over time Richard helped validate my feelings and explore what changes I was seeking in my relationship. "I met Richard at one of ladies’ support group meetings where he ran a series of talks about different mental conditions (narcissism, depression, trauma, etc.). His presentations gave me very good view and better understanding of myself and other people and I decided to look for his help with some of my issues. I wasn’t in a very good emotional state at the time due to toxic and abusive work environment. I tried a few different ways to change my feelings towards this situation but hardly noticed any difference.
