"I was studying Early Childhood Education and Care in this school. One of the requirements to complete the course was also complete 120 hours of work placement in a Childcare Service. In June 2021, just one month before finish my second term and with only 60 hours of work placement completed, the College decided shut down. Hopefully I found another school where continue my training but I couldn't transfer all my units done because the requirement was complete the 120 hours of work placement. Sterling Business College shut and they refuse to refund me the money I invested with them to complete my second term, even when they just gave us notice 1 month before end the term and the situation was out of our control as students. Sterling Business College is just a company that doesn't have commitment with their students and they just want to keep our money. In addition, in the new school I found out that every Early Childhood Education and Care training was using a book as a resource and in Sterling Business College they never gave us this text. I could NOT recommend this school at all. Was a terrible experience, I really felt ripped off."
