"I went to this store today. Purchased an item and found out 10mins after that the gift had already been purchased by someone else. I went up to the counter and asked to return it and the man replied you are not getting your money back and he said i can give you credit. I was immediately annoyed by how the information was delivered and asked why this wasn’t explained when I purchased the item as I didn’t even know that was still a thing. I said that you should really tell the customer your return policy and the man responded we don’t tell everyone and that there was a sign (turned around the wrong way) stating their refund policy on the counter. I just haven’t experienced such appalling customer service for as long as i can remember and especially in this economic climate, i was very shocked by it."
