"Stream lined process to get a booking and answer my questions."
"Not going back to this place. They always want to help private patients first. $110 out of pocket or wait 5 days. Going to SKG. Less of a wait and no out of pocket costs"
"Not really my best experience, specially if you are pregnant. The bed was really uncomfortable specially after 1hour in the same position. I ask to the guy who was do the ultrasound if I can go to the toilet because I was feeling bad and my back was in pain, he said me no, to wait a little while, because the baby was in the good position for take the ultrasound pictures."
"After sustaining a sports injury, I rang these guys to get an appointment. The earliest they could fit me in was 7 days and I would have had to pay $100 out of pocket for my ultrasound. I was told if I were to wait 10 days, this would be waived. My job requires me on my feet and moving around and I didn't have time to wait that long, especially with a suspected fracture. I rang elsewhere instead where I got a same day appointment with no out of pocket costs. Goes to show it is always worth checking out more than one place before using a service."
"Such a horrible place, no respect, no manners. I don’t know how can they hire people like that. The appointment was at 8.45 and my mom had to drink lots of water. We have been waiting there until 9:00 and when I asked the front desk lady I think her name was Karren and blond she shout at me twice and told me they will take my mom shortly and the appointment was not at 8.45 it was at 9:00. And still we were there until 9:10 and when the sonographer took us in she said lots of people were sick and they had to change my mom’s appt with her at 9:00. That rude Karren could’ve tell us that instead of lying and shouting . If she is not in a good mood or something like that, she better stay at home and chill. Or she can go home and start shouting at her family or somewhere like that. And the owner or the manager should spend more time on hiring people, it is really important."
