"Got in VIP line at 11 made it to the front of VIP line at 12:30 only to be told we can’t get in because VIP closed and we have to line up for 3 hours in the normal line. Service was appalling, I wouldn’t have a problem if they told us before we got to the front. Thank you for ruining my birthday if I could give you less than 1 star I would!"
