"Worst customer service ever found. Called to inquire for 2 tickets at 15:19 on 04th June 2019. A lady name with Anjali took all the details and told me that she will get back to me in 1 hour as she was not on her desk. I waited almost 2 hours and called again at 17:01 and once again reply was she will get back to me in 20 minutes. Once again I wait for nearly 3 hours and there was no call back so at the end I called at 19:41 and finally had to tell her that I don't want your service anymore. Very rude and not at all professional service. Will never recommend to someone."
