"Fast and efficient customer service"
"I had a terrible experience with RAC. We booked a camping site a year in advance and paid a deposit. Unfortunately, closer to the date, we realized that we couldn't go because my daughter had to undergo surgery on the same date. We didn't know about the surgery when we booked the holiday site. Although there were still a few months until the date, RAC refused to refund the deposit, stating that it could only be returned in the case of a life-threatening situation that prevented travel. My daughter's surgery was very important; if we didn't do it, she would lose three permanent teeth soon, and she is only seven years old. I strongly advise against using RAC for anyone. We have been with them for years, including home insurance, car insurance, and roadside assistance, but I am now considering switching to other providers. Please be careful when paying deposits to them!"
