"I dealt with Phillip Kelly at Go To Court Lawyers on December the 21st. I arrived 10 minutes early to my 1:30 appointment only to be made to wait 40 minutes for this man to finally rock up. No apology was given in fact it was acted as though my appointment did not start until 2:00 PM. I had paid for an hour of his time but he rushed through my entire appointment and cut it short to get to his next client at 2:30. I was not offered a refund for half of this time gone. He simply told me how much it would cost to have him represent me at court and gave me his card and basically pushed me out the door, I did not feel comfortable asking many questions as it felt like I was bothering him even though this is suppose to be his job. I am still a student and to have to pay this huge bill to try and get some legal help was extremely hard for me. Absolutely horrible experience I cried as soon as I left, do not recommend this company to anyone. Disgusting."
