I made an online order and quickly called to correct a mistake I had made, in the midst of a tantrum from my daughter I had to accept what had happened and leave it as is. I was called back a few minutes later and offered an amazing deal from Jo, correcting the mistake I’d made and giving me what I needed at a reasonably discounted price. "Great bed - bought it and a bed head for our son on a Thursday night. We realised within hours of selecting the bed head that it would cover too much of the window (yes, we took measurements, but the reality of seeing something against the window later that night made us realise the bed head would be too high). I called in the next morning, to inquire about a refund for the bed head. We were met with absolute refusal and had to spend $600 on items we didn't need. Once you're locked in and paid, too late! Won't set foot in any of their stores ever again."
"How wonderful it was to walk into a store, get greeted with a smile and get great customer service. Jo showed us the product and allowed my husband, who has aphasia, the time to try the adjustable bed and mattress, explaining how it worked several times. Jo answered all our questions, gave us a quote, explained the product was in stock, and delivery details (no pressure to buy) and thanked us for visiting the store. After several hours of checking out the product in other stores, we were back to Comfort Style, Malaga to make our final decision.
