"Had my tarago serviced by MyCar Ocean Keys, then had to get RAC out as one of the cylinders was miss firing. Either the Mechanic was incompetent or it was deliberately left loose, as RAC had to fix MyCar stuff up. As a Female putting my car in for a service I found this very disheartening. Also the close to $3000 in repairs they WANTED to do didn't involve the wiper blades they were hanging off.(how did you miss that one). I also requested that they ring my husband (as I was worried I would be taken for a ride) and they couldnt even get that right. Thanks for nothing MyCar ocean Keys."

"15/10/2022 Absolutely fantastic customer service, getting repairs done isn't cheap and the staff member who was assisting me understood that as well, and did a great job in helping me where possible, as they said themselves "to make sure I'm safe, as well as the community" Mycar will be my regular mechanic from now on.
