"The hotel is old and needs renovating. The room was dark and dingy and stained and not very clean. Bathroom was old and stained. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, room furniture was inadequate, old, damaged and stained. The fridge smelled like something had previously died in it and no water provided. The windows in the room were frosted glass so minimal light and opened out onto the back alley store room. Not very appealing or appropriate at all for $200 a night - we walked out and went elsewhere. I feel the website photos are false advertising. This is a great location but the hotel owners need to up their game and renovate. We were not told at reception that the bond was $200. A much more up market, new and modern hotel round the corner only charge $100 bond."
"Rooms were nice but I stayed there for 4 days. Not once did someone come to clean the room make the beds or offer clean towels. $200 per night and there was also no room service no breakfast and no on site food options at all."
"Should be shut down. Filthy, and extremely rundown. The smell of the place so bad. I would off gone else where but it was Xmas eve and had travelled far so I could see family the next day and nothing was available. Nothing like the photos taken above this must of been 20 years ago. Sink had a big load of black hairs in it. Bathmat was so old dirty and grey I would say never washed. Stains and chipped paint everywhere. Bodily fluid on back of wall where bed is with hand prints. Must of been a good night but really didn't want to know. At one stage thought about going to the shops and cleaning it. I could go on and on about it. I would give it 0 stars."
