"I had the WORST customer service in my 57 years!!!! I went to buy 6 Romeo & Juliet cigars and the store was empty except for 1 person who I found out later was the store attendant. After she left me waiting for a few minutes, she walked behind the counter and just starred at me, didn't say a word!! I was waiting for a response but got nothing!!! I told her that she was very cheerful and she told me that I should have greeted HER when I walked in. She was facing a cabinet when I got in so I didn't see her ID card which she waved at me during our brief conversation. Needless to say, I just walked out without buying anything!!! If management are interested, this happened on 11/10/2020 at around 2pm. She obviously does not enjoy her job so she should leave and let someone else get a job. They can't be any worse than her. I'll NEVER go there again."
