"My friend and I did self check-out. The check out supervisor lady didn’t check anyone’s bag or trolley, I showed her the receipt even though she didn’t ask for it. I had the items put in the shopping bag only, however, she also went on to check my friend’s laptop bag by opening it. I’m sure it’s her job to check customers but is it based on looks that she does the checking? I haven’t seen a single person looking like her being checked. I’m never shopping from this Coles ever again. Thank you for the treatment. I don’t even wish to give 1 star considering this treatment I’ve received. Anyways, good riddance!!!"
"Ivana at the front desk is absolutely the best, she knows exactly where everything is and is very well informed. She knows how to keep up with her staff. The store is very tidy and the shelves look very full and clean. All the staff have a big smile on there faces, specially Jamie and Victoria. These two pack your bags absolutely perfectly. If you go after 6, Rob will be there to give you the best discounts on food you can imagine. He probably saved me hundreds over the past couple months. Store is always well looked after and I highly recommend shopping here"
"I enjoyed shopping with coles. Item looked fresh and pretty compared to other grocery market. However, priced slightly higher. I loved getting coles buttery croissant (2 in a box). Many times when I patronised them during afternoon time, it’s gone off the shelf:( I’d hope they can replenish more of these bakery!!"
