"I work in the electrical industry hence do my own appliance repairs. However, I go to Household Appliance Parts for my parts. I recently went for a part to repair a coffee machine, Gaurang was very helpful, had the part I needed in stock and even gave me some discount. When I got home I realised I may not need the part and called up to see if I could return it. Gauging was more than happy for me to return it with a full refund. I ended up using the new part in the end so all good. In future I will always use them for my appliance parts needs. Friendly, helpful, accommodating. I highly recommend this company. "11/10 Fantastic experience. My brother's Breville dual boiler coffee machine broke roughly 12 months ago out of warranty and I wanted to take it to get repaired as a surprise for his birthday. I found this place listed on the Breville website as a reputable repairer. I spoke to Gaurang over the phone explaining what I thought the problem might be based on the complaining my brother did and he said bring it in for a diagnosis which cost $50 (this $50 comes off the final repair price) he was extremely busy but got back to me about 2 weeks later with some not so great news, there had been a small leak in the machine and over time the leak had caused a large amount of damage to most of the internal parts (this was evident when my brother had initially opened it up to try and fix the problem himself) the repair would be pricey and Gaurang explained that because of the time and parts needed it wouldn't really be worth fixing, the good news? Gaurang went out of his way to do some searching online and found the exact same make and model machine on sale for less than half RRP which was only a couple hundred dollars more than the quoted repair price. I took a day or so to make a decision and called him back, thanking him for going above and beyond with his customer service, care and honesty and decided to buy a new one instead. "I have an older Delonghi Prima Donna ESAM6600 which had died last year and had Household Appliances Parts Wangara have a look at it and got it back to as new condition. I could have bought a new machine but there was sentimental value with this machine since I had for over 16 years. It was part of my morning routine. The On/Off button wore out this morning (Saturday). After a short phone call I took the machine apart and brought in the PCB which he said he could replace the button by Monday. He actually did it quickly while I waited and I was home having a coffee by lunchtime. Excellent service! Highly recommend them not only from my first experience but especially this mornings. If anything else happens as my machine ages they will be my first call 100%. And for the negative review I saw about someone complaining about having to pay a $54 charge before they would look at it, that fee comes off the repair at the end. You can't expect someone to spend time diagnosing your problems for free. It is more than fair to pay for his time, especially getting it off your bill anyway. That 1 start review should be removed. Keep up the good work!"
