"As others have said, Paul did an awesome job communicating with me and the team did outstanding work on my car. I went in for a high mileage service and was informed of a few other things that needed to be fixed, like a torn cv boot and the timing belt was due for replacement. Paul wasn’t pushy at all and explained the reasons they recommended the additional services. I was quoted an exact price for the repairs both with and without doing the water pump (in case it didn’t need repairing). After the water pump tested fine, I was able to get away with the lower quote, an excellent demonstration of honesty on their part. They made all the repairs in one day, and even washed and vacuumed my car! And not just a quick wipe around, but a proper clean - it looks brand new. Paul and the team clearly know what customers want out of a mechanic - honesty, clarity, and top quality work. Their considerate replies to ALL their google reviews suggest this level of professionalism, and I can personally verify it.
