"Punctuality is a word they have never heard of. Went to my appointment only to see that the whole salon is closed. Tried calling them, and nobody picked up. And looking at another review about how the guy was 4 minutes late and they refused service, platinum barbershop doesn't know how to keep it's customers."
"Pretty disappointed with this service. I had arrived 4 minutes after my booking but was refused service as I was "a bit late". The way the barbers handled this scenario was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would understand if I were 15-20 minutes late however, I would have thought some flexibility for a few minutes would have been given as this was my second visit. After being ignored due to my extreme "lateness", I was offered a new time an hour or so later however this wasn't offered until I had to prompt and ask: do I have to book another time or come back another day because I was 4 minutes late. It would be extremely helpful if you had a disclaimer stating how strict and serious your service booking times are to ensure future customers aren't treated the same way."
