"I picked up our online order through the drive through earlier tonight. When I got home we found that one of our bowls contained only black beans, beef and white rice and was missing the pico de gallo, cheese, tomatillo, cornchips that normally come with the bowl as well as lettuce and sour cream that I payed extra to add. I tried to call the resturant a number of times with no response, I spent $16.80 and recieved half my meal, these guys are ridiculous. we've had a number of bad experiences at this store relating to wait times yet when we look in it looks like most of the staff members are standing waiting on another staff member to do something and it just looks really dysfunctional. I think they really need some good staff to come in to improve the service quality because I imagine these guys received bad feedback all the time."

"Ordered enchilada, cali burrito and nacho fries. Everything but the Nacho Fries were amazing! They weren’t even nacho fried they were just fries and cheese! I would understand more if they weren’t busy! But the workers were just mucking around and standing around! Very disappointed!"

"Poor excuse for a meal. Missing ingredients from the order and looks like it was just thrown together. Reached out to them and told me that the lettuce was on there and said sorry about the rest of the missing ingredients and gave me a $5 voucher towards my next order. I don't plan on going back to use it."

"We order kids burrito bundle comes with chips and a drink. Another burrito with chips and a drink. Mini nachos with chips and drink and 2 ice creams spent about $60. My partner n I and my kids. Order online it was good easy quick. Took use a couple minutes to get down easy to find it .the place look good staff were friendly. But we waited we didn't mind waiting here's were the problem comes into it not impressed with the food I got mini nachos my my oldest son got a burrito. I added sour cream and there was hardly any like they scraped a knife across the top of nachos. over time yes the chips get soagy. Found Brown liquid on the bottom Off the food. That is probably why they were soagy. But it was not only soagy but also a mush. My friend seen it she said it look like it had been sitting for awhile. Avacado looked good. We don't get to eat out much anymore. So disappointed with this. Chips were cold ice cream was good the churro sticks in the ice cream my sons loved the burritos were apparently bland one had rice taken out one should of had rice in it but didn't"

"Brand new store. Interior fitout is very well done. Spacious, but most tables are designed for 4 pax only. The drive through can get very busy. Lots of parking bays. The food is like you’d find in any similar Guzman."
