"Service is always great, and delivery is prompt. But it’s a shame we can’t select a different local Dominos. Since Wanneroo opened, I don’t think I’ve received an order (delivered) which hasn’t contained under-cooked pizzas. It’s my own fault for going back, but some nights call for a pizza night or my kids ask for Dominos. At roughly $20 a pizza, I expect to be able to eat it straight away, not have to cook it further."
"I have loved dominos for years but recently the pizzas haven’t been great at all - I ordered a pizza through DoorDash to which it still said preparing order 40 minutes, I go outside and it was left on my doorstep no knock no phone update. Nothing. Pizza now freezing and covered in ants. I called them to let them know the app must be having issues and they said they’d issue a refund for me and have sorted it all out. Refund never occurred."
