"Worst post office there is. Unfortunately this is where my postie take’s parcel to get picked up. They are slowly, always look like they disorganised. When you go to pick up a parcel what should be simple is a drama. They ask stupid questions that are not relevant. There is alway huge queues because of how slow they are. Today the queues snakes out the door and around the corner. No one checks. The store looks like no one ever looks after it. It’s easy to say don’t go there if you don’t like it, but if my postie drops off parcels there, I have absolutely no choice. I am a hostage to this terrible post office. Worst experience in every way. If people weren’t forced to go there, this place would have mo customers. If it wasn’t for the post office component it would be a low class reject shop or junk shop. Just came out and the queue still out the door while the service was slow, more complicated than it needed to be. How does Australia Post think this is a Good Brand Representation."
"They are so rude. They just talk to each other while you wait there and they don't even look at you. You ask a question and they just repeat a process like a robot. They are literally like robot humans who can't answer a question if it isn't part of an exact process they have memorised in their mind. The total IQ of the staff there must be below 50."
"The WORSTTTT customer service!!! Disgustingly rude!!! Terrible staff. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and not work in customer service. Went to pick up a parcel I purchased for my mum. I had the email and code/ID and also my mums ID photo with her address on it as te address was listed to her. They would not give me my parcel!! It had the exact same email on the order email as well as the ams address on my mums ID. I had to snatch my parcel and walk out to get it. They also tried kicking me out of the line when I was getting them my mums ID. Disgusting service. Disgusting people."
