I reached out to them via Instagram and they are so responsive & suggestive. Over all customer service - Online & In-store is indeed good and professional. After Care details are also shared and you can always ask them your queries and they respond to you with patience, which is always expected. Quality of tattoo was good, special appreciation to Nicholas who had my tattoo this time (Trident, Infinity with custom text and Anchor) and so friendly and made it with perfection. "I’ve been looking for an artist to continue on with my Harry Potter leg sleeve for a while now, and no artist I could find made me 100% certain. Until I found Jake. His work is detailed, more detailed than I could ever have expected. This is my second time getting a character portrait tattooed on me by him and his work continues to amaze me.
