"I was referred to Bring Your Body to Life after a vehicle hit me and left me with several injuries to my back, shoulder and leg. I initially had trouble sleeping and performing routine tasks around the home until Stephen Lim started me on a physiotherapy plan. This included several pressure techniques, exercises and acupuncture. I was also provided with some equipment so I could conduct exercises at home. Both the treatment and exercises helped immensely with my pain management and quality of life. Stephen continues to monitor my progress and I can't thank him enough for 'bringing my body back to life'. Stephen's knowledge is considerably greater than other physiotherapists I have seen and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family if needed.
