"46 yr old male 'Yes, Gen -Z' that's a specified gender, not a Unicorn!!! I've been dealt the Prostate Cancer card but would have preferred an Ace and a King. So 3 weeks on post surgery I've been hooked up with James S by my GP for the Physio rehab work at Sippy Downs. James is young, motivated and full of energy, which is good to see and experience. Top bloke, obviously takes good notes (even remembers my wife's name!!) on top of everything else I told him. Physio work that is performed is explained clearly 'why' he's doing it and the expected outcomes. It's not all good, you get 'homework', yes just like when I went to school, you have to do additional work after the session. But like any good teacher he's keeping a close eye on my progress. So if you're bloke and in the business of getting a prostatectomy!!!!...trust me, you're going to need to get a good Physio to get on top of things (including your wife)!!! James and the team at Sycamore Health get a 5 out of 5 from me. Well done and keep up the exceptional work."

"Went to these guys before Christmas in a lot of pain with a back spasm, I went because I had been before, and they had helped. Needed a quick fix....flying to the US in a week I told them, they fit me in, did everything they could, and I flew to the US pain free. Who did I see, I have no idea of names, saw a few different people all were great. I really hope I never see them again....but with my body it is inevitable, and I have no doubt "when" I go back they will be just as helpful. Could not give them higher praise. I'm an old bloke now and grumpy by all accounts, I even drink a beer called Grumpy's lager....so I don't give praise lightly.....pity I can't recall their names, but damn good people never the less."
