"They talk alot about how good they are but not in reality. I noticed that a child needed help for about 9 minutes and no one care while about 3 teachers passed by that kid. Be careful they charged you whenever they like even if you have cancelled your membership. They don't reply to the email if it's not for their benifits. It's all about business and money."

"Whilst the facility is beautiful I found my son constantly sick, and upon many occasions I have picked him up from here with snot down his face. The staff were wonderful with him though especially the ones in the toddler room, but I found that not all the staff care the same way as others do. I found some really lacked connection with the children and hence why they were a bit negligent with cleanliness. I loved the programs and the little extras they would give the parents. They have a wonderful healthy menu for the children as well. I just wish that they had a stricter sickness policy and that parents actually considered other children when sending their child sick, as the main reason I cancelled my son's care was due to the fact that diseases such as foot and mouth as well as gastro kept circulating the centre. Otherwise, I know management tries very hard to keep parents happy and are very friendly and easy to deal with."

"My son goes to Jacaranda Underwood, he like it so much, full of fun activities and learning. He started when he was toddler .teachers are very experienced and follow every child specific needs. Thank you so much to be a very enjoyable part of my son`s early learning years."

"My baby girl has been going for a month now since she was 5months old. Staff are lovely, my daughter gives them smiles so I know they have been great with her. They are really accommodating with milk, routines, cloth nappies etc and have a great app where they provide pictures and updates. They always let me know how her day was on pickup as well. Would definitely recommend"

"The educators at Jacaranda are fantastic!!! Especially Kayla. The facility itself was always kept very clean, bright and happy - a lovely environment to be in. I was confident that the staff took care of my son and gave him as much attention and love as I would at home. My big grievance was the billing and the lack of communication with the office. I was charged for 3 days when my son was only in care for 2, this happened numerous times. After many phone calls and emails from myself to the centre director this would still often take weeks to rectify. I was even charged for care after my son had left Jacaranda. I alerted the office when I received the statement saying I would be charged and they told me it would be sorted, which it was not. I would not of minded if this was a once off oversight but this was what felt like a weekly battle. It also took over a month to receive my bond back and to be refunded what I was overcharged. I will not be sending my son to a Jacaranda centre again as I do not have time to continuously chase up the director."
