Welcome to Children @ Bay Terrace! Located at 40 Bay Terrace in Wynnum, Australia, we are a not-for-profit Early Childhood Education long daycare center that has been serving the Wynnum community for over 35 years.
At Children @ Bay Terrace, we believe in acknowledging and respecting the traditional owners of the land we learn and play on. We pay our respects to the Quandamooka people, the traditional owners of the land, and honor the Elders past, present, and emerging. We strive to share their stories and traditions, enriching our children's experiences and strengthening their sense of being, belonging, and becoming through our connections with the Quandamooka community.
Our dedicated and experienced Educators are committed to providing individual programs tailored to the unique needs of each child. They continuously explore new ways to engage and interact with children, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing environment.
As part of our commitment to school readiness, Children @ Bay Terrace offers an Approved Kindergarten program led by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT). We focus on creating a smooth transition for children and families, collaborating with local schools to align with their expectations and requirements.
We pride ourselves on fostering a relaxed, friendly, and inclusive environment that warmly welcomes all members of our community. Our multi-age program encourages learning, cooperation, and friendships between children aged 15 months to school age. We strongly believe in the importance of community connections and actively foster links within our local area.
