"Just came in to have a chat about childcare with my partner and our 6 month old. We didn’t receive any customer service whatsoever! All we received after waving at the door trying to make eye contact (to be allowed in) was a shake of the head by some grumpy looking receptionist (grey hair and glasses). It would of been nice of you to just get up off your seat and come outside, even to say come back another time - although you are open until 6.30. Every child care we have been to has welcomed us In with a smile for a chat. Lost a potential customer will not be coming back!!!"

"I have been with Kids Club Hamilton for just over a year now with my 3 yro and my 1yro. My 1yro started at 5 months and has been so well cared for. I love how all of the educators know the children so well. The extra curricular activities are amazing for the kids. I rarely feel guilty about having my children in daycare because they are so well looked after and provided with all the attention and activities they need in a day. The team work hard to keep everything clean and have a great illness policy which means my kids are sick less! Highly recommend Kids Club to everyone!"

"I've had an incredibly positive experience with the management and staff at Kids Club Hamilton. When we transitioned our 1 and 3 year old from another centre, they settled in seamlessly. The play areas are absolutely amazing, featuring an old helicopter, boat, bike track, petrol pumps, plane, and sandpits - there's so much to love! Our children get to enjoy a wide range of activities, including soccer, Zumba, and dancing. Chef Glen prepares delicious and nutritious meals that the kids devour, and they absolutely adore him! Under new management, I'm seeing happy staff which has contributed to the exceptional quality of care we were already experiencing. The directors, Melanie and Berni, place a strong emphasis on building strong parent-teacher relationships and actively encourage feedback. Despite being a larger centre, the educators and floats genuinely know your children and warmly welcome them at the start of each day, making drop-offs a breeze. I want to extend my gratitude to our children’s main educators Remy, Becky, Jacinta, Lauren, Tina and all the educators at Kids Club Hamilton for their incredible dedication to our children's education and well-being. Overall, Kids Club Hamilton has created a nurturing and engaging environment where our children have thrived. I couldn't be more impressed and grateful for the positive impact they've had on our family."
