"If I could leave less than 1 start I would. This centre has ruined my child’s routine and eating habits. The staff are extremely unfriendly and incompetent, with a very high turn over of staff that are replaced with inexperienced staff who appear to lack interest in both building relationships with both children and their families and the well being of a child. Most staff are either too busy gossiping to pay attention or genuinely do not care. On many occasions, my child has been sent home with unexplained marks/bump/bruises. I have had to intervene many times to protect my child from immediate harm or to stop a physical altercation. The centre has not provided an explanation or apology when issues have been addressed. A large majority of the staff do not have any patience and are not suitable to work with children, their main priority should be to foster them into confident little humans. On top of everything else; they do not offer a substitute for meals other than a bottle and could not care less if your child has eaten. If you care for your child/rens well-being, I would not send them here as their their mission/goal is not to provide a safe environment but be completely negligent - I wouldn’t interact with this centre or send your child here. Maybe they’ll be better in the future but I wasn’t willing to stick around and wait after we had already suffered"

"After having horrible experiences at other daycares with my older children, I was very nervous about enrolling my 9 month old in preparation to go back to work, but the girls at little locals made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped in. The Storypark routine updates helped me with my initial anxiety about my baby starting in care. They were open to cloth nappies and calling me to come in and breastfeed my baby. I can’t thank the girls at little locals enough for the amazing care they continue to give my little guy."

"I enrolled my son here due to the raving reviews however I’ve had nothing but trouble. I was dropping him off asking them to feed him breakfast as they provide breakfast. They weren’t updating his routine so I couldn’t see if he’s eating. I picked him up one day and asked if he ate breakfast, the educator couldn’t tell me if he had or hadn’t and couldn’t even tell me what food he possibly could have eaten ( my son has a dairy intolerance) I was assured he’s been eating and it was a mistake. I was anxious and upset but let it go. The same thing happened again with his bottles no bottles recorded and when called no one could give me a definitive answer. Now today, I get a phone call at 8am they tell me I didn’t pack his nappy rash cream but an educator misplaced it and it was then found causing me anxiety, my son has severe nappy rash and requires special cream for it. When my parents picked my son up and took him home that cream is not in his bag, and centre is closed. Most chemists are closed as I write this review and I’m a single mum who lives week to week and now my son is going without his medicated cream overnight because this centre continues to be negligent. I’m constantly sent home with other children’s cot sheets, never once been sent home his cot sheet that has his name on it as well. I’m now going to be looking for another centre to take my son because this treatment is disgusting"

"Absolutely amazing service! Started my son @ three days a week and quickly changed to 5 because he loves it so much! Never comes home hungry and never wants to leave. My family and myself love seeing what he does daily too! Also SUPER accommodating through the rough start my daughter had to daycare. 1000% recommend!"
