"Beacon has been very helpful with my nieces care. Kathy our support coordinator has done a great job looking after us. When we found ourselves in a major problem with our cotennants she I believe went above and beyond her duties to help us. She guided us through the difficulties of finding alternative accommodation.She also helped us navigate our way around the Ndis planing and implementing of the approved funding. John and all the other coordinators also have been extremely helpful and have been good to communicate with. All the carers who help with community access have become like family to my niece. She loves them all and feels very confident with the care they give. They always have her best interest at heart. I would recommend Becon. I have found them careering and helpful."

"Our son has been with Beacon Support for nearly 5 years and I truly believe that it is one the most client centred services, adapting and catering to not only the clients needs but the requirements of the client’s carers. Their staff are flexible, approachable and realistic. At no point have they professed to be perfect but always strive to the highest obtainable standard. When I read a negative review which inappropriately names staff for individual criticism it distressed me greatly as it is obvious that the person has not had their needs met in one instance and unfortunately this has negatively clouded their judgement of an entire service provider. I can only recommend anyone considering Beacon ring Mr John Dangerfield who is, yes, a character but the character whilst being fun is also kind, caring, diligent flexible adaptable and highly skilled. As for naming one of the management team, Kallen as racist The very thought I can only be considered hysterically funny as Kallen himself is one of the most obliging tolerant and non-judgemental folk I know. I can only recommend Beacon a Services highly if it is dedicated involved skilled and responsible (as well as being one of the cheapest per hour)care service you desire."
