"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, particularly for small businesses, but the quality of the bouquet I received was terrible. Flowers were mostly brown/orange, and didn’t appear to be fresh. The difference from the images online was huge, (I know photoshop/lighting comes into play), however, they didn’t even slightly resemble the images posted. Customer service was below standard - pretty much, ‘florist said the flowers were correct - end of conversation. No attempt to come to a happy medium. I know this company does deliver some nice bouquets, but every customer deserves a good quality bunch, shouldn’t be hit and miss."
"I got these flowers, vase and card delivered to my mum for her birthday, ordering was simple and quick and the ability to add a vase and personalised card was a beautiful touch, I live in WA and with the current state of things am unable to travel across to visit her so this was a beautiful way to show her I was thinking about her.
