"I bought poppy flowers which are hard to find in Brisbane and was happy but they didn’t last long even after I took a good care of them and changed water. The store needs to change water more often and not leave them in the sun outside before selling flowers to you. Also plastic wrap is not needed as they pack it in paper as well."

"I came in to your business last Friday 12/5/23, and was extremely disappointed in your attitude towards my friends and I.. I was there to support a close friend who had recently lost her dear brother. Her son had flowers delivered to her from your business. My friend was disappointed in the flowers as when they arrived, the flowers were mouldy. My friend asked for a replacement, asking for just one flower to be replaced and you basically told her NO as she had cut the flowers with scissors??. Which wasn't the case. It wasn't until another customer came in and saw how upset we all were that she offered to pay for it . Furthermore you completely ignored what I had to say.. Was it because I have a disability and i was in a wheelchair??. You didn't acknowledge me at all, but had the audacity to laugh at me instead.. pathetic !!!!. You seem to ignore the reviews on Google but you can't ignore the ACCC and the anti discrimination commission when they get in contact with you. Absolutely disgusted in you and your employees."

"Absolutely appalling how this company dealt with our messages & pics of a water logged rose & mouldy chrysanthemums in a bunch a friends son sent to his grieving Mum who had just lost her brother. Also tried phoning they did not answer when we used another phone they answered immediately & said that the grieving person had cut the rose head which has not happened why they would say such a nasty thing amazes me. Having dealt with flower deliveries in my past a florist would not argue the situation as they did. After driving to the florist with the flowers they refused to replacement 4 of them arguing with us really is this how they run a business never to be recommended very disappointed & angry ."

"If l could give this "lovely, delightful" shop MINUS10 stars l would. Smiles, politeness that is until you make a COMPLAINT. MOULDY, DAMAGED FLOWERS and 10 minutes of heated arguments to get one rose replaced. Not an apology, not a replacement and worse still blaming the customer for "cutting" the flower. WHAT???? The worst customer service l have had in years but it's all smiles and politeness until they have your money. BEWARE. Middle flower has been replaced with much effort."
