"We aren't current patients but were searching for emergency dental assistance for our son tonight(Saturday night) for a dental emergency. Lou picked up her mobile on a Saturday night within a couple of rings, gave us advice and options to try to secure treatment tonight as she was unavailable on this occasion due to completely reasonable circumstances. Even though we are not normally her patients she offfered to see my son first thing Monday and even come in early. We so appreciated her support which helped us get the issue fixed quickly."
