"AVOID THIS MEDICAL CENTRE AT ALL COST!!!! I made the mistake by not looking at reviews before coming to this surgery and seeing "DR TIN". I had a consultation with him which felt extremely rushed, he didn't really show much interest to help or assist. I had to push for getting a blood test to be provided. Could not really understand what he was talking about. Easily the worst DR on the redlands, will be lodging a formal complaint with the health ombudsman. UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE FROM THE MEDICAL CENTRE I would not step foot again in this medical centre even if it was the last . This medical centre does not deserve to be in the redlands community. The Dr was upset when I was asking questions regarding my results. And when i asked the Dr to repeat what he was saying (because I could not understand him as he was speaking so soft and quickly). They get upset offering bulk billing. During my experience it felt the Dr prioritised money over my health. Look at how many 1 stars this practice has and tell me who is right or wrong. If I was the only 1 star you had then many people may look past this review. Complaint was already been logged so please get your interview notes ready."

"The only good thing about this service is that it’s bulk billed and the only reason I put up with them. The doctor that does the skin checks can barely look at you let alone speak to you. He didn’t pull the curtain to while I stripped down to my underwear and laid on the table and put a towel over me. It all felt very awkward. however, it got the job done. The woman doctor is absolutely horrible! I transferred my medical records to this surgery and they claimed they never got it. She made me feel awful and like I was a liar wanting a renewed health care plan, citing she will get audited and needs proper verification. I explained I signed THEIR forms nearly five months ago and I didn’t realise I was the one to follow up and check they had received my medical records. I had even stated to the receptionist exactly what my appointment was for when I booked in. I was seen by the nurse first and then the woman doctor commenced a big rant to me about how she didn’t believe me and cut me off every time I tried to speak. I felt really dreadful afterwards. I then had to email and call my old doctors to get my old health care plan and they said they sent all me records to this doctor. I had to get a copy of my health care plan and forward it to the receptionist myself. I saw the woman doctor again and she did the health care plan but left out a key condition because she didn’t have the information. Again, it was all in my medical records which she must not have read. I finally got a health care plan though. (And She was half an hour late in seeing me). Then she wouldn’t give me a letter to support my wfh days to give to my new employer because “it would put her in an uncomfortable position”. This was despite my medical records listing anxiety twice in the last few years. I explained I already did this, why it was important to have wfh days. She just kept shaking her head. Another example of her rude and uncaring nature is when I explained my back injury was from a DV incident and she visibly recoiled and screwed up her face. The whole appointment made me feel frustrated. She is a really moody doctor, not interested in patient care and well-being. The administration staff on the other hand are lovey and very efficient, despite not following up about my medical records transfer."
