"I was absolutely disgusted by the receptionist who was greeted my mother and I when we checked in at 8.30am on Friday 16 October. We were greeted by the most rudest, obnoxious, condescending person I have ever met. My mother asked her a question and was told not to interrupt until she finished her sentence and that was the nicest part of the exchange. My mother is 70 years old, lives by herself and relied on me to help her with her appointment, pay and organise her discharge. Mum was worried about the procedure, possible results, apprehensive and very tired. We were more than happy with the nurses, doctors and staff. Its nice to be greeted with a receptionist who happy, cheerful and “caring” I don’t feel she should be working at the front desk greeting patients."
