Vanessa is my regular skin expert and she is incredibly knowledgeable. Her understanding of skin and especially melasma has improved my skin exponentially. She listens to your needs and never pushes treatments or products on you. There are suggestions as to how to best improve my skin whilst still using other products I prefer. Also packaging how to get the best out of treatments. A+"
