I, Carissa McAllister, am passionate about helping others improve their fertility and live their best lives. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and as a Naturopathic Practitioner trained in Nutritional and Western Herbal Medicine, I have the knowledge and expertise to guide you through this journey. I personally understand the challenges of the fertility rollercoaster and the feelings of grief, trauma, and loneliness that accompany it. However, I also know that natural medicine can change the way your body functions and open up new possibilities for motherhood.

During your first appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive health assessment, considering your whole body. This may involve techniques such as iridology, nail and tongue analysis, physical observations, food diary analysis, review of tests and medical prescriptions, family history review, and ordering of blood pathology, stool analysis, hair tissue mineral analysis, and hormone cascades. Based on this assessment, we will create an individualized treatment plan for you, which may include dietary and lifestyle advice, nutritional medicine, and Western herbal medicine.
