"This is my new doctor's surgery. I find the receptionists to be quite lovely and welcoming. Always friendly and helpful. Both Dr Polotan and Dr Jaiswal are committed to listening to the patients needs. Bit of a backstory, I went to three prior doctors to try and get to the bottom of some health issues and I asked and asked for those doctors to give me an ultrasound or a scan and they wouldn't because my blood tests returned normal levels. Dr Polotan listened to me despite the blood tests being normal and sent me for a CT scan which showed that I had a four centimeter pancreatic cyst. If the other doctors at my previously attended practices had of shown the same courtesy, I would have found this much earlier, and much smaller. Highly recommend. I never wait long when I go."
"Went in this morning for a medical certificate to get cleared for work with Doctor Nikita Jaiswal, I told her that I was needing a certificate to be cleared for work today otherwise I wouldn’t of gone in, what’s the point? she then wrote out a certificate saying I was unfit instead of fit for work thinking that’s what I said, I explained to her that I needed it the other way around and she started telling me I didn’t explain myself even thoe I know myself I wouldn’t of said otherwise, she is a very arrogant Doctor who doesn’t listen, she should not be in this job."
"Do not visit Dr Nikita Jaiswal, my partner and I went in to get a medical certificate to get cleared to go back to work. My partner mentioned he was sick from the 17th June which was Monday prior to this and now he needs to be cleared to go back to work today. She wrote a medical certificate saying he mentioned he was sick on the 17th of June keeping in mind he did mention this to her. She then wrote that my partner is unfit to work today even though the reason we came in today was to be cleared to go back to work today. He then tried explaining this and instead of being a professional, Dr Nikita started mentoring him saying ‘You didn’t explain yourself’ in a rude demean. I even stepped in and tried to explain what was needed and she became off very arrogant and wasn’t listening to us, which led to my partner storming out of the room because he wasn’t being listened to. Receptionist is lovely but this doctor should not be in the job she is in."
"I rang the receptionist she said I had to make and another appointment after already being there this morning, doctor said she would ring me for results still haven’t heard anything"
"I highly recommend Dr nikita jaiswal. She is very knowledgeable and great diagnostician. She also has a great rapport with patients with good listening skills and genuine compassion."
