"Doctor Van Truong's clinic is very bad… I asked what time is the earliest time of doctor Hong's checkup, the receptionist told me it was 10:15am but I waited for 1 hour and I still haven't been able to get in.."
"Doctors are great. But they ignore the 15 minutes per patient. Which means your 10am appointment may not be seen till well after 11am. Its the only fault for a good service. Hopefully they realise the stress and worry it causes making a patient sit for 3 hrs."
"I went to this place to check 3 times but every time I had to wait from 2 hours to 4 hours even though I booked. The receptionist always finds a way to keep the customer waiting, so they say their turn will come very quickly and it's not like that the customer always waits for a long time, other guests also say the same. They want a lot of visits to increase revenue, not how long customers have to waiting"
"Bloody scams. Visited first time with my wife and requested for a female doctor, they put her to a male doctor. Now, we changed the doctor to a female doctor and sent a request via new clinic to them to transfer our report. They won't do it now, first day they asked my wife to visit the same male doctor again and discuss. When I called them myself to clarify and responded we need to wait 1 month for the doctor to transfer the report. Don't risk your health and life with them."
