"While they came out & were polite at booking & his guys who came to clean were professional, the owner himself argued semantics of his definitions of things when I confronted him about areas the cleaning was lacking. He continued to argue these until I gave up on the conversation. He also spoke sarcastically & belittlingly about my wife to me during that phone conversation, which is beyond unprofessional. Only offered to take $5 off the price after my concerns were voiced, which is insulting. Despite the fact I believed the work was incomplete he texted repeatedly to demand payment as he believed the work done. Terrible customer service. He also called & threatened to “come to my house to collect payment”. He will brush this off as though he didn’t mean it as a threat, but any fool knows what it means when someone says they’ll do that. I would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed."
