"We could not have had a worse experience with this company on a whole. Since moving to a new company our office is noticeably so much cleaner. They have no working phone lines to get in contact with anyone from their accounts team. Communication is very slow if you're lucky to get any. I worked back and forth with the accounts team over a payment we made that they credited to a different customer and tried to double charge us. The worst cleaning company I have ever come across."
