"Extremely polite & respectful reception staff with appropriate voice volumes & tones when speaking with clients (on the phone & in person). Friendly, but not overly friendly. Such a pleasure, staff like this are difficult to find & keep."

"Arrival of 9:00am for a 9:00am appointment. Waiting in line to be checked in, girls behind counter are too busy with personal discussions. 9:05am the lady began with we are running a little late and then turned to because I am running late I have missed my appointment and will have to wait for an opening if allowed, she needs to check. I advised of the line and wait to be served, to be told that’s why they request arrival 20mins before hand. Why not book the appointment with the 20mins required for paperwork and checking in with a busy counter staff member included in the arrival time rather then requesting to arrive 20 mins early to allow for these things? Seems a little bit odd that I can miss my appointment for arriving at the appointment time, even up to 10min late shouldn’t be problem and wouldn’t be if they included the required 20mins pre appointment screening in the appointment. As this is my 3rd visit to the X-ray clinic, I am wondering why none of my details are on file, Medicare card, Insurance claim number, reasons for MRI, only thing required is where the pain is and level of pain. Not sure if Admin are not doing their job, but I would imagine a simple task to make it easier for those in pain to arrive and get scanned and leave. Most people visiting I would assume are in a lot of pain and do not need the careless attitude of the lady behind the counter adding anymore to it. The physicians preforming the MRI were more then welcoming, helpful and caring, assisting as required and needed, could not commend them enough. Offering to help goes a long way. I wish I could give them 5 stars! I do think the headphones for the MRI require replacement, the right ear doesn’t work, didn’t work at my scan in march either. Good distraction from the space and noise and should be prioritised to be replaced, however could easily be overlooked with a happy helpful smiling front desk. Thanking the front desk on the way out resulting in blank looks and response under the breath."
