We are committed to delivering a high-quality, timely, and reliable experience for our clients. During our meeting, we will discuss the design layout, color scheme, and product selections to ensure a pleasing outcome. Our team will offer advice and ideas regarding functionality and aesthetics. The results of these discussions will be used to create an itemized quotation.

Within one to five business days, you will receive our detailed quote, breaking down your joinery investment into incremental costs, allowing for optional stages to be chosen. Once you accept our proposal, the necessary documentation will be prepared for signing.

After signing the formal contract and providing the relevant deposit, our project manager will conduct an onsite inspection to confirm final details and measurements. Our draftsman will then create detailed images and plans based on the design layout.

Once you have approved and signed the working plans, construction will begin. Any variations from the original contract will be authorized and documented for a cost amendment. We will also provide necessary inspections prior to installation.

You will receive prior notice of suitable pick-up and delivery times. If a forklift is required, please inform us at the time of order. All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch via bank transfer, eftpos, cheque, or cash.

Our team of qualified tradespeople will prepare the site and install your joinery as arranged with the project manager. We will notify you of time frames for any other trade services required. Once our work is finalized, your project will be prepared for presentation.

To ensure client satisfaction, a final quality assessment will be carried out. Upon payment of any remaining balance, the handover of your project will take place.
