"I wanted to reach out and share my recent experience with the delivery of a mattress from your company. While we have been loyal customers of Sleeping Giant and have made previous purchases without any issues, I must express my dissatisfaction with this particular delivery. This morning, the delivery team arrived to drop off the mattress. However, they informed me that they were unable to bring it upstairs, stating that it couldn't be done. They suggested that I contact customer service to find a solution and promptly left without offering any further assistance. I couldn't help but feel that they were simply unwilling to invest their time and effort, leaving me with a negative impression of the service provided. Surprisingly, my partner and I managed to carry the mattress upstairs within just five minutes after the delivery team had departed. This led me to believe that their refusal to help was solely due to their unwillingness to go the extra mile. Needless to say, this experience has left me feeling very dissatisfied. As a long-standing customer of Sleeping Giant, I have always appreciated the quality of your products. However, this incident has shaken my confidence in your company. I have come to expect a higher level of service from Sleeping Giant, and this unfortunate incident has left me questioning the quality of customer care provided. Please look into this matter and find a satisfactory resolution！"

"Paid deposit and ordered Matress , person rang me saying matress would be ready to pick up on a wednesday , we cancelled a day out at Gold Coast to pick up matress . Of course Matress was not ready . Got Phone call today that matress will be ready to pickup tommorow BUT they will not tell us where it can be picked up until we pay the full amount . I am just trying to organize my time so i know how far i need to travel to pickup matress . These people are anything but professional . Avoid like the plague . Courteous service is non existant . Given experience thus far i hold little hope on matress being anything good . Gets better after paying deposit instore with Amex card their online payment portal doesnt accept AMEX , the saga continues ."
