"The company seems to have problems with their quality control. We spent over 2 K with them and received a bedside table that is worth $600 with paint damage, was offered $100 discount which I didn't take. Schedule to replace the bedside table and the replacement had holes holes drilled in wrong places which makes it impossible to assemble. The customer service seems to be OK but I loose confidence in the quality of their product. Would highly recommend everyone who buys it to check everything prior unpacking as you risk to spend a lot of time assembling and disassembling everything and wasting your time.."

"After speaking to the helpful staff at the Fortitude Valley store re delivery prices, we ordered online and picked up our dining chairs from the warehouse - great service from staff and communication from Jenny. Easy location to pick up from and good directions. The boxes were larger than the dimensions on the website (two chairs in one box rather than singles), but luckily they still fit in our small car!"
