"So far so good. All these complaints below and I say go and check for yourself. They explained they were floor stock NOT BRAND NEW ( as if you would get a $1500 table for $250 that they still sell in their stores?). They get you to check what you want over, note any rips or tares or defects. I bought recliners and they had me sit in and check each one out. It is all still under consumer warranty. Yes there was dirt on the arms where people put their hands but floor stock would have this. I am hiring a cleaner guy to come and give it a spruce up. got a $6990 lounge for $1499. I'm very happy. Delivery has not yet been made so will update when I can."
"31/01/2023 Poor customer service. I've ordered a bed, dining table, console and mattress. All of them should be delivered on Friday (27/01/2023). My husband got off work and stayed at home to receive the items. Unfortunately, Nick Scali only delivered the mattress. The guy from Nick Scali told me that the other items were lost. After a few hours, they returned to me and said the items were found, but we can not deliver them today. The guy told me we will let you know the delivery time by the end of today or tomorrow (Saturday 28/01/2023). I haven't yet received any call or any update regarding the delivery. 04/02/2023 I’ve sent an email, nothing, haven’t still received my items. The guy at store said that I can’t do anything. I spent lots of money to buy the stuff and delivery. I’ve spent lots of time to follow up my delivery. Then, nothing happened. Never and ever back to Nickscali. The guy at store told to my husband that if you want I can cancel your order. I spent time to go to store to buy the stuff, I spent money, I spent time to follow up. Then, after 10 days, he said that I can’t do anything. I can’t say when you will receive your deliveries 23/02/2023 They delivered the dining table but it was broken. They delivered faulty Console. The console’s leg was broken. I asked them for refund. After one week, They refunded only dining table . Not Console. Cluster manager told me we should pick up the faulty console then back money to your account. They delivered my items so late. I follow up few time to get the delivery. All items were faulty and broken. Now, they keep my money till they have time to pick up the faulty console. They are unprofessional."
"Rang and asked about a particular style of modular lounge and was sent pics and told the reason it was in the showroom was it was a cancelled order. Went over and found scratches and cuts from box cutters all over it from poor care when unpacking. Was told by Trent they’d send photos to Chelsea to look at the price and tell me the revised offer. No follow up Tried to follow up and was told bluntly there would be no deal or offer made they would not negotiate and I’d have to wait for response.i don’t as actually shocked at how the man spoke on the phone to a potential customer I drove across town genuinely believing I would look at an item that had been a cancelled order but sadly it was not as advertised and obviously the store team are misleading in their actions and statements UPDATED 14/7 - received an email from Nick Scali saying they would discuss with the Virginia team and.....crickets.....at least the service I experience is consistent."
"What a big fat lie. While I do know this is an outlet store, the sales assured me that they have a brand new stock for the console table and even wrote down the words ‘New Stock’ on the invoice. However, the table arrived in a damaged condition with multiple small dents on the legs and a big scratch inside one of the legs. The places of these damaged made it hard to spot in the first instance, especially given multiple items were delivered at the same time. I called Nick Scali as soon as I spotted those defects but they refused to repair it and cover it under the warranty. The worst part of this is the customer service kept telling me this table is ‘Floor Stock’ rather than brand new! I’m shocked after knowing Nick Scali actually delivered me a damaged floor stock rather than the brand new table promised. And, the customer service manager told me because I didn’t report the damage on the day of delivery, they CANNOT do anything about it. No explanation about the ‘New Stock’ written on the invoice. I’m very disappointed with the decision and Nick Scali made me no choice but to contact Office of Fair Trading to protect my consumer rights! By the way, I later found the same table, brand new condition, at a regular Nick Scali store at a cheaper price. So, don’t even go to this clearance outlet because they don’t sell really clearance items, maybe except damaged ones."
